I am SUPER exhausted from our weekend…..(had a hard time waking up this morning!)……but feel so blessed to have shared such a precious weekend with my family. It was so wonderful and warm and loving; Just perfect! It was a really special bonding time for us all.
And, now, we’re off to a new week!! And a busy one at that!! We’ve got lots of things going on!! In fact the rest of the month is pretty jam-packed full!!
But, here’s to another Monday and another Meal Plan!!
Monday: Sloppy Joes, Oven Fries, Grapes
Tuesday: Chicken Delight (recipe beneath), Sour Cream Biscuits, green beans
In a greased 9×13 pan or casserole dish, place 1 cup raw rice.
Add pieces of chicken.
Mix separately: 1 pkg Dehydrated Onion Soup Mix
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can water
Pour over chicken and rice. Sprinkle with a little garlic.
Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours (or maybe a little longer)
and…..here’s the Sour Cream Biscuit recipe: (Soooooo easy and sooooooo good!!)
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup Sour Cream
Little Milk, until sticky dough
Greased and floured 8×8. Cook and cut like Corn Bread.
450 degrees 10-15 min.
Wednesday: Tomato Soup and Toasted Cheese Sandwiches
Thursday: Homemade Lasagna, French Bread, Broccoli
Friday: Chicken and Corn Chili, Chips and Quesadillas
