Monday: Taco Night
Tuesday: Cheesy Chicken Vermicelli, Green Salad, toasted Bagels
Wednesday: Grilled Hamburgers, Homemade Onion Rings, Fruit Salad
Thursday: Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas, (I made a double batch and already have a pan of these in the freezer), Refried Beans, Mexican rice, Fruit
Friday: Chicken Sandwiches with Zang, Oven Fries, Green Salad
I also plan on making THIS Strawberry Rhubarb Pie sometime during the week! I’ll use my Mom’s pie crust recipe.
